All items will be shipped usually 3-5 business days via UPS or USPS unless stated otherwise in the product description. You will automatically receive an email/text message with your tracking number when your order is fulfilled. Please remember to completely fill out each area in the checkout process.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Orders
The BOUNCY BRUH TEAM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES ON THE BEHALF OF THE DELIVERY PARTNER. Once a package has left us, and is in the hands of the carrier we have no control over the package.
